Brighter Planning Ltd have successfully defended via Informal Hearing proposals to alter and extend a Grade II Listed building in Bath.
The key issue focused on the level of harm balanced against any identified benefits. The Inspector concurred that there was a low level of harm resulting which would be outweighed by the benefits identified.
The owners are delighted having been trying to secure consent for the works for over three years.
