Planning permission and listed building consent were granted by Braintree District Council Planning Committee for the conversion of three Listed former farm outbuildings.
Brighter Planning Ltd provided the Heritage and Planning advice for the scheme working with the Simon Kivotos Architect.
The scheme secures the long term future for all three buildings and includes the restoration of a missing fifth bay to the threshing barn.
The committee complemented the sensitive manner in which the conversions were proposed.
