Brighter Planning Consultancy Ltd have assisted Toni Moses Architects in securing planning permission for a detached garden room with a City of Cambridge conservation area. The contemporary design includes a living green wall and a pergola. Brighter Planning produced the supporting Heritage Statement which assessed the potential heritage impact of the proposals. The City Conservation section raised no objection to the proposals.
