Brighter Planning Ltd working in conjunction with Ian Abrams Architects have secured planning permission for a single storey detached two bedroom annex building within the curtilage of a listed building in South Cambs. The structure will replace an existing garage outbuilding and is set forward of the main building and next to the road so a sensitive design was required. The clients are delighted with the consent, given permission had been refused in the past.
